Amish Paste Tomato
A large paste tomato, the Amish Paste tomato is an heirloom variety that originated in Wisconsin.
It’s good for making paste, but it’s also a good slicing tomato. The oblong fruits can reach lengths of up to nearly a foot and weight as much as three quarters of a pound.
Crimson red and juicy, the flesh of this heirloom variety is also great for making tomato sauce.
The Amish Paste Tomato is an indeterminate variety.
